These photos are from Fandrich & Sons (sent by Heather Fandrich) of the Fandrich Vertical Action used in their pianos (and Jeff's personal Fandrich piano). These changes to the traditional action make the feel of playing their uprights similar to playing a grand piano. Oliver Esmonde-White created a few videos in 2020 about the Fandrich Vertical Action, along with comparing it to standard vertical and grand piano actions.
