6L6 is one of the up and coming heavy bands out of Boston, MA, USA. They second CD, Superstar, was just released on Summit Records, P.O. Box 995, Boston, MA 02123. Their first CD, Not Even Warm is out on Summit Records and was reissued on CherryDisc Records. They were runners-up in the 1994 WBCN Rock and Roll Rumble, the Boston rock band competition and played the 1994 New Music Conference in New York City at the Lion's Den. Their music is hard edged, heavy, and straight-forward, right at you. Their songs will stick in your head and come back to you days after you've seen them. 6L6 is highly recommended.
